NAC und SMEG Updates Datenbank

Hallo!

Danke für die Antwort.Ich konnte mir jetzt die Toolbox herunterladen aber nach Eingabe der Vin wurde auch kein Update gefunden.Bei Tomtom gibt es für mich neue Karten aber ich muss mich da noch etwas mit beschäftigen.Kann ich denn auch nur die neuen Karten aufspielen oder gibt es da Probleme mit dem veraltetem System?

Lade dir die fw von ersten Beitrag runter.

Entsprechend welches nac du hast.

Und dann gemäß der Anleitung installieren.

Am besten mit der Tool Box.

Wenn das übers Handy nicht klappt... Ohne richtige vin.

Habe alles über die toolbox gemacht.

Dazu bräuchte ich keine vin.

Lizenzdatei war auch schnell selber erstellt.

Ich frage mich, wie Sie die Lizenzdatei erstellt haben.Ich habe eine neuere Version der Software heruntergeladen, kann die Lizenzdatei jedoch nicht finden.Das Auto stellt eine Verbindung über WLAN her. Benötigt es dann eine Lizenzdatei oder nicht?

Wenn das Navi per WLAN Hotspot mit dem Internet verbunden ist, brauchst du keine Lizenz Datei beim Firmwareupdate. Ansonsten kannst du dir mit Mittns Toolbox eine erstellen.

One question from my side: if i failed to upgrade to WAVE 4, what will happen? Can i downgrade to my previous version? Wave 3?

No, a downgrade is not possible.

If the update really fails, you successfully bricked it.

Peugeot will only replace the head unit and not fix it.

So repairs won't be cheap.

And wave is not always wave.

Each wave version also has different hardware revisions.

This means that if it works for one, it doesn't have to work for the other.

So it's pretty risky.

Wie kann man denn die Lizenzdatei selbst erstellen (wenn man keinen WLAN-Hotspot hat)?

Leider aknn ich auch die Datei Mittns Toolbox 1.0.0.34 nicht herunterladen.

I own a C4L that originally had an RT6 that was upgraded to a NAC Wave 2, from a C4 Picasso MK2.

The donor car owner didn't activated the 3 years free Connected Services, so i did it and finished the activation on NAC.

However, even with the NAC showing "Connected Services: ACTIVATED" (yellow elipse), the line bellow shows "Connected Services Availability: UNAVAILABLE" (green elipse).

Maybe the PSA/Tomtom contract isn't valid in countries outside European Union.

That said, here is the question: is there anyway to upload the Speed Traps / Radars locations to the NAC (like it's done with RT6 and SMEG)?
Tomtom offers these services in my country, but just using iOS / Android apps or their GPS devices.
